Just got a super weird unsolicited email from Crystal's Clips4Sale store. Did anyone know that she "disappeared" the last two years?

It's worded kinda weird, but if I had to guess I don't think it's supposed to mean she's been gone/disappeared for two years, I think she meant she disappeared for (however long) and a lot of shit's gone down in her personal life over the last two years that she may or may not eventually talk about.
 
So what's the change on her? I hope she's talking about her hairstyle, not about a bunch of plastic surgeries.

Seems odd she got all of those tattoos removed to only go back and get more. Looks like she got ink on her forearm as well. The mention of the house selling makes me think she got a divorce. Also, the Phoenix is a symbol of rebirth.

There was a situation a while ago where she was wearing that big diamond ring of hers on her ring finger during a live show and someone asked about it.
