I'm gonna just believe it was the fitbit vibrating and her unusual reactions came from the chat or just her quirks to relieve boredom. I would bet my money she is on some pills. She wanted to be more open, talkative on stream so she took something. The way she acts is more consistent with getting hit with high from time to time, than with a 30 minute running vibrator.
 
It's the nonverbal communication for me. All I know for sure is she is txting some "very naughty person/people"(0:44) on her laptop/keyboard to her left and is very turned on by it.
