looks like someone was screencapping it live on their pc as you can see them alt-tabbing between the show and their browser. at any rate, i downloaded the entire episode and used ffmpeg to lossessly cut the good part. seems like turbo.cr is hosed, so i can't upload the clip there. but it starts at 3:34:20. you can download the range with yt-dlp using this arg:

edit: when i used yt-dlp, i got no audio, so you'll have to figure that out. i used video downloadhelper browser extension to download the entire episode which had the audio.
