This was circulated at least a couple of years ago. IIRC, it was determined that this was just someone who looked a lot like her. Around the same time it was making the rounds there was also a tiktok from Chloe where she told a story about accidentally sending out a snap chat of her "rubbing the kitty" to all of her friend contacts on Snapchat. So it really did seem like this could have been the video. Sigh... maybe someday.
 
It's a deepfake. Original model was questionable age. Mods requested proof. Given that proof would be CSAM (which this is) I guess they'll just leave it up and delete this comment.
