Unlikely, as I interpret the OF terms of service, vauge description would be hard to dispute. Which is why I, only 90% of a fool when I'm separated from my money buying content on OF, I always ask for a description and details before opening anything. Just have to say things like "sorry I don't do surprises" also helps weed out bot vs genuine.

I actually went and subbed to her old fanfix just to see how the content compared and it made me feel even worse about this OF. It's exactly what I hoped based on personality on tiktok, just slightly thirsty photos and being a normal person.
Compared to these vauge misleading description we are getting on OF.
As far as if it's a bot responding in dms or her I'm not convinced either way. The
wordings sound 3/4 bot and overtly suggestive, but the response time and time of day have been matching with when she posts her work shift on snapchat.

She's claiming to hold a "nudes party" on her OF which is obviously another one of her scams
