That or too lazy. Look at Hayley Davies who was shooting multiple collabs per day, tweeting several times per day and posting daily content to two separate Instagram accounts to build up her name. That could've been Casey. It still could be.
It's still possible that she does but is very UTR. You can see if she follows any escort agency accounts on Twitter, like Lourdes Enterprises or Tryst Agency, or if any of them follow her.
 
The problem wit her is she's not collabing wit big stars.. these primal n other guys don't even kno how to take shit out of her .. m jus waiting for her bbc scene wit troy francisco as they started following each other on IG n X
