I don't really have a specific brand or model to use for ASMR, but when I just started listening to ASMR I used Razer Krakens, they weren't anything groundbreaking but for ASMR they worked. Personally what gives me tingles is the directionality; like how it emulates the source of the sound being in the same space irl and moving around me. I find that headphones are the best at giving that effect. IEMs work but they aren't really good for the soundstage. Currently I use SIMGOT EW200s and they're alright. Just a smidge boosted on the treble so it's not for treble-sensitive ears. I did just recently experience minor tingles while using this to listen to Richamu's ASMR so they're decent I guess. Then again, I've probably developed tingle immunity from listening to ASMR in my sleep daily.
I'm not some sort of expert audiophile or snything but I guess the most I could tell you is to find out what in ASMR gives you tingles and do the research to find out which headphones or IEMs could best represent that for you. For example, if you're the same as I am and you tingle from the feeling of the sounds moving around you, then look into a pair of IEMs or headphones that have good soundstage.
