Support Can not uploading on JPchurch

Everything was fine till I come to choosing pic for uploading, but nothing happen ? I choose the pic to up, but after cf, the pic didnt appear on jpchurch site for me to upload it
Try in both phone and pc and it the same. Seem like only me being in this situation

Been 3ds and it still the same. Did my account has sth to do with it ?

If you haven't yet, try these:
If you use a VPN:
Change VPN location
Turn on/off VPN (if comfortable doing so of course)
Use a different browser(s) to upload to goonbox.cr
If it works, it might be the browser you use currently, so
Clear your browser cache & cookies
