Behind the door of Mila’s room
Hi everyone.
Today was my first stream after a long break. Some of you already knew why I disappeared, while for others today was the first time you found out. During that break, I had breast reduction surgery .
Today I received hundreds of comments.
People told me I had lost what made me unique. That I’m just “another girl” now. That no one will ever love me because I ruined my body. That I look terrible.
What hurts the most is the irony.
For years, I was constantly mocked because of my chest. I was asked if I had milk in my breasts. I had to explain to grown men why a young woman with naturally large breasts doesn’t look like a plastic doll. I had to justify something as normal as gravity affecting a larger chest.
Those comments slowly made me hate my own body.
And now, after finally doing something that made me feel more comfortable in my own skin, I’m being told that I destroyed myself.
So apparently I was “wrong” before the surgery, and I’m “wrong” after it too. The only thing that changed is the reason people criticize me.
I’m not made of stone. Reading hundreds of hateful messages today genuinely hurt me, and that’s why some of you saw me crying during the stream.
To everyone who was there today, I’m sorry. You came to spend a fun evening with me, and instead you saw me at one of my weakest moments.
And one last thing.
If you don’t like the way I look anymore, if the only reason you watched me was because of the size of my breasts, then please just unfollow me. You don’t have to stay. But please stop trying to make me hate myself again.
This is my body. My life. My decision.
For the first time in a very long time, I’m finally trying to feel comfortable in my own skin.
