There's a pretty noticeable difference between how her boobs look in the still photos vs in videos. They still look about the same as before to me in the videos.
 
Actually I think you're right! I looked again and realized she has fresh scars on her areolas and her boobs do look bigger in the power girl and princess peach videos compared to some older ones.
 
The new boob job is a shame. Legit what she had before was perfect. I'm not normally a fan of fakes in general but she had one of the best set I've ever seen with the first round.
