Support Bunkr Failed to load player.

Is anyone else getting ''Failed to load player.'' from Bunkr. I have tried woth VPN but still getting the same error
 
Yeah been getting the same error the last couple of days. Not sure how to fix it but will update if I find anything out.
 
Bunkr in general has been fucked up for the last month it seems. Like 75% of the time it doesn't load, downloads won't start or fail almost immediately. Tried multiple PCs, different VPNs, none of it makes a difference.
 
I thought I was the only one having this problem. For me, Bunkr is not playing the video and downloads don't start. Super annoying
 
It still shows up "failed to load player" on my regular browser (brave) and I used my vpn and got it to work although it was riddled with ads and pop-ups.

Now it won't work with either, also can't download
 
Having the same issues. Tried with firefox and chrome. desktop and mobile. deleted all related cookies. nothing on there will load. maybe it is geo restricted?
 
I use Chrome and I've been having this problem, I've deleted cookies and cache and still not playing or downloading
 
Got mine fixed. It was an advanced security setting in my isp's wifi settings. Was blocking access.
 
Yes now it works, Thank you. For everyone wondering, go to the app or website of you ISP. Look for security shield, and disable it, should take a couple of minutes and bunkr should work again. You can always turn the shield back on if you would like.
 
Really nothing to specific to my issue. Was getting frustrated and asked chatgpt to help me maybe narrow down the issue. One of its suggestions was to check my router for security settings. Sure enough there was an "advanced security" setting that was turned on. It is supposed to "stop access to sites spreading spyware, phising, or malware."
 
this worked for me too. I have been having the "Failed to load player" error for weeks.
 
Sometimes Bunkr bloks ip's and regions
Try:
Deleting Cache and Cookies/ download history
Disabling any video downloader/adblocker plugins
Change VPN loacation or disable it

If all else fails use the following to download the video
