They do, but it's like $60 a month to access the highest tier. There isn't much content in general, so I think that anyone who subscribes might be in for some disappointment. She's nice, but if it costs that much to see her topless I can live without it.
 
I think that's just the site that hosts the VIP-tier videos. As far as I know the videos can only be accessed via the link on the Patreon site.

I didn't know they'd been on that long - their Patreon is only a couple of years old, I think. Perhaps under a different name?
I did get the feeling that there were a few things behind the scenes that most people don't get to see. My guess is that some content is held back for Patroen members that don't turn off their monthly renewal. Not for me, though. Their Patreon is ridiculously expensive for what is offered on the top tier, and you'd have to be mad to spend hundreds of dollars for access to what is mostly videos about fast food and the occasional podcast/Q&A.
