Based on dialogue and social media posts I think he drums up amateur/aspiring OF models and pitches it as a jumping-off point for their careers.

...then you go back and watch some of his vids and he very specifically lies to them about whether the cameras are recording. Anything where it's not POV seems to be almost certainly an actual amateur tinder hookup.
