She very much, for understandable reasons, doesn't talk about it. Not like she's actively trying to hide it either, just doesn't talk about it since it's irrelevant to anything she does today as a streamer.
 
Idk if she did previously but nowadays she just speaks about it in vague terms. And talks about it as something she did but deeply regrets. She went on a mini rant last year about how predatory the porn industry is too. Other streamers normally don't bring it up for obvious reasons or even joke about it. I remember Rosii accidentally made a joke that could be taken as a joke towards it and you could see how worried he got once he realized

I don't think there's much to even really say about it anyway though. She's aware it's something that's always gonna be brought up. She's implied it was one of the reasons she didn't stream or put herself out there all that much
