Definitely. I dated a girl almost exactly like that for 6 years. It was rough. Sex was good until it wasn't. Sunk cost is a bitch. Hard to see it happen to women but they kinda bring it onto themselves. She has every chance to improve but is pitching in twitch. Hope she gets the help she needs cause her of career is meh.
 
On one hand I feel bad cause she definitely got poor financial advice from people to get a house when prices are at the highest they've been and interest rates are also insanely high when she didn't have consistent income on top of being too young and dumb to understand what she was getting into outside a monthly payment. On the other hand it appears she also makes additional bad financial decisions with having an insane number of pets and buying a room full of south park merch on top of whatever else she wastes her money on when she has even less consistent income. I'd assume she spent close to 10k or more on her south park crap.
