She didn't loose anything. Women when they have saggy or low-hanging breasts they can model them as they want to the bras shape. And most women wear push-ups bras that fake the size of tits. The only real tits size is when they are brasless.
 
Yes she is still hot. I encourage you to look at the size of her tits through every era of her hair changes and her ages. You can see in every part of her body the difference in weight. If you still disagree cool. It's just an opinion

This is how tits work. They look bigger/smaller depending on the top. She lost some weight, but not enough to deflate her boobs.

Boobs also change size over the course of a month due to hormones, and salt/water retention. She definitely lost enough weight to affect her bra size but thats probably only half a cup size. Outfits make the most obvious change of course.
 
Tbh if she looses her tits she goes from a solid 9 to maybe a 7 lol. She really doesn't have much appeal otherwise.
