Might be able to help you with the sound issue. How did you have to download them?
 
I downloaded Shia Snow's video here as an example to prove it can be done.

I've never been offered a bg in messages and haven't seen one on her page because I would've bought it. When was that?
 
Back when she first got on play boy, she made you follow the guy on playboy then he wanted to do it via text, but was like $200 and seemed sketchy
 
It looks like a lot of her playboy content got taken down, especially the more explicit stuff
