If you look at her old pics her lips have always been plump. Along with exercising she's also been putting in the work for her skincare/makeup. There are lots of techniques to make your lips appear fuller without the use of filler. Whenever it comes to her health she always talks about doing it the correct/natural way so I'd doubt it.
 
Ok, so, ya'll saying that Bao has outsourced her Fansly DM's are on crack. Def not even remotely true. Karsent and I discussed this earlier this year and last year too, and, there is zero % Bao would outsource her Fansly to another source. The ONLY time she's ever done that is when she needed mods to navigate her suggested Hentai stream; and, she used mods associated with Fansly, not her personal ones. Also, from a personal anecdote, Bao's DM responses are very much her-coded, and, you cannot teach an Indian or SA call center to respond like she does. It's hella obvious. She's the very rare exception to the rule. Also, Bao has always been adamant about handling her own content, personally, unless she wants specific posts given out based upon her timeline and platform. Only platform she lets somebody else post for her is Twitter bc she hates being on it now. Hell, to that point, Bao hasn’t posted to her Hoejousama account since last October.
Furthermore, why would Bao pay to outsource DMs to another source? She doesn't need to farm content bc she gets enough engagement already, and, she’d never sell out like that. It makes no sense. She legit sticks to Fansly, for now, for the love of the game. It’s supplemental income and she still enjoys it.
