I hate to break it to you man but this is a combination of photoshop and AI. This is another scam account from whoever runs ‘queenmommymilkers’. They use face replacements and chest prosthetics and honestly do a pretty good job with the photoshop. It seems like an easy scam to pull off at this level 🤔
