Apricot is Japanese.

So basically it is a hyaluronic acid breast augmentation.
In essence, hyaluronic acid is injected under the mammary glands to give the breasts firmness and volume. It increases the size of the breast. by... err you'll have to bare with me here because I'm still learning Japanese but basically it causes swelling but also tricks the body into thinking it is pregnant so the breasts grow from that also. The injection's chemical mix does not switch on the milk production though, so yeah. Oh also you have to get several injections for an extended period of time before the growth remains forever, there is naturally some ballooning at first and then some of the swelling goes down as shown in the pictures below:

After a year, now default size.
So yes she is also using a pushup bra as well in the early stages, but she started with nothing. Flatter than a pancake.
