I understand it's because in the United States it's now illegal to create fake photos or videos of people and share them online.
Many websites were notified and, as a result, began removing photos and threads. This was to avoid problems.
This is what I understood; it may not be exact, but what I do know for sure is that there are now penalties for distributing and hosting fake pornography of a person or celebrity

Despite the circumstances if its Melissa, Avril or some other person... It's still a real person and not a fake one. Personally I would call this more a wrong declaration.
