Does anyone know what happened to her, why hasn't she appeared or uploaded content for so long?

She was saying some stuff about a health issue a while back. I guess it’s resurfaced several times or something. But beyond that I think she just made her bag and dipped
 
Especially because she heavily photoshopped her pictures to look more curvy, and with her wearing a mask, she can just walk out in the city without people recognizing her.
