I was glad it was a mistake, one she had made before once or twice. I can mostly put up with the sometimes mixed content since she's always been honest about it, what she's willing to do and not do. But if she stopped being honest, that's a big difference.

I’m not buying it for one second that asmrmpits didn’t know what she was doing was sexual. She locked a lot of those videos behind a paywall on Patreon. You don’t put videos behind a paywall unless you’re somewhat aware of the demand and come on it’s the internet she knew it was for a sex thing. Who would just pay to see someone innocently licking a screen? She put two and two together and realized instead of posting them for free on YT she can make a little extra cash by doing a more seductive lens licking/spit painting. Hell, there’s a video of her counting down doing the lens licking. Nevertheless, I think to your point somehow it either got back to her family or people were making insane requests outside of the scope of what she was willing to do so she just shut it down and pivoted back to making normal asmr. The closest we get are allusions to it “keep going” “are you close?” Recently there was one where she said “do it for me, do it for Claudy” and there’s a countdown video while she’s doing mouth fetish stuff somewhere.
