I do think there's a chance of the following; Ashley releases a sex tape. Tape looks a lot like Taylor, obviously. Still claimed to be Ashley. Eventually revealed to be Taylor, but Ashley was paid a large amount to say it was her.
 
One of the reasons she insisted she wasn't ever going to do this is because she's sort of associated with Tay, even indirectly. Tay knows she exists and she didn't want to give her a reason to come after her or speak out against her.
