Well she seemingly had a cancer scare, potentially she was in America doing something to do with her ex Peter? She's very guarded around private life so who knows. As far as I know Shaun lives in Scotland, so it's unlikely they've split up
 
I think she also had a death in her family a year or so ago? Or someone close to her got very sick and almost died. Either way, she seems to travel between the US and Scotland often enough, which can't be easy, and then the health scare on top of family issues, not surprising that she's been having some issues herself.
 
Yeah I think it was either her dad or stepdad. IIRC she had several children with Peter Coffin (who we know has... issues to say the least), that's how her tits got truly huge in the first place too, so presumably she and Peter divide parenting responsibilities somehow in a way that lets her continue living in Scotland.
 
She closed down her bluesky account it seems, twitter still up for now at least
