I know her. Basically her mom won't let her do OF and wants her to go to college and live a normal life.

Its very reasonable and respectable to look out for her daughter and her future, but the reality is she's giving up a rare window of opportunity where Ari could easily make enough to take care of her parents and never work again.
Everyone always believes the good times of easy money and clout will never end, but they do and the internet is full of has beens who never took advantage and are now forgotten and replaced by the new hot things online.
 
What about any of this discussion gave you the impression that she's still underage? The forum has recently been outspoken about its zero tolerance for underage content here. Have you even been to the content thread? Very top of the first post:
