It's very common for women who have mastectomies to have reconstruction.
Anna, obviously, is no stranger to implants after all. Real breast tissue is cut out, silicone goes in. It's all done as one operation.
 
A reconstruction that we have one reddit comment to prove. With how she posted about every other stage of the treatment, If she had a mastectomy it would have been all over her instagram. And besides, what is more likely, that she had a 3rd person schizo account for years that posted about how she had ugly eyebrows, but then stopped posting herself in the third person for a several more years, then started again in the first person? Or it's a random weirdo?

I'll happily eat my words if it turns out true but right now it just sounds made up.
