there’s a “upload videos” button where you post a reply. I believe you have to create a account on that website first before you can upload
you can also use the aloha browser app to download the vids first, just download the app, log into OF and then long press on the vid to save it

I only use my Google pixel for this in case the FBI comes to get me. No desktops. Can you download from OF on a cell phone?

I do prefer opening developer tools in chrome on a computer while I play the video though. Use a VPN when downloading and uploading if you’re worried but I agree with Validation its not an issue there too much going around for this to get pursued
