Most of them are low/middle-low in terms of popularity, either due slow/late starts into the scene or just due to lack of quality content. Dude jumps in fairly hard with an offer of hard cash for a video which is more than enough to entice them into shooting. It also seems random because the dude controls the studio so he can pick who he wants to shoot with and make offers based on that. Basically you pay to watch a dude who goons his brains out funnel money into whoever he's fixated on in that particular moment.
If you check djsakura's account (https://x.com/djsakuraaa) she's not even an actress per se, she's only had one other video I can think of and it was a bukkake.
