There are good implants. They're uncommon for sure, but Alexa Pearl, Ava Addams, Gabbie Carter, Sarah Arabic, and (IMO) Vivian Taylor all have quite impressive implants. A key thing is that you have to have big tits before the implants (though Vivian Taylor didn't, which is interesting).
 
For me, Angel Wicky's implants are the best. But nothing beats a good pair of natural breasts!
 
Agree on both counts, naturals are best and Angel Wicky's are also high tier implants. #1 is probably Alexa Pearl though, those are fucking nuts.

The success rate is so fucking low that it still should not get approved. The issue is that even when they get shitty ones, their career still don't immediately tank because of the implant simps. And I don't consider Gabbie Carter among the good ones because they need to be thick to blend the implants with their bodies. Sarah Arabic is getting skinny and her implants are standing out.
 
Wait a minute. Gabbie has got implants? I thought it was always natural and it's bigger now because of the pregnancy. Also, implants very rarely turn out to be a success and the only notable ones are Ava Addams and Alison Tyler

That said I don't find Gabbie's implants particularly good.

To me, some of the best are Scarlett Jones' and Mina von D's. Works of art those two.

I think the producers have to shoulder some of the blame here. Didn't she sign the exclusive contract, then immediately start asking for advice about personal trainers? I find it difficult to believe some pressure wasn't brought on her to slim down/tone up for the studio cameras - she wouldn't be the first and won't be the last in that respect.

It may be that she ended up going off at the deep end and they ended up with something [GLP-1 melted] they didn't expect.
