Any idea how I can access bought content from her previous account? I had a video of her, from her previous account but I can't seem to locate it.
 
Go to OF Home screen, where the new post are popping, somewhere on the top you will see two sections - "All" and "Purchased"
Go on "Purchased" and just scroll till you see it - that's a list with everything you ever purchased, form DM, posts and etc.
It will be there, even if they completely delete their account.
