While humorous, I think the situation is a bit more nuanced.
Most men who deem themselves "high value" or "high quality" aren't just like most men who tout the "alpha male" title aren't because these things aren't typically something you need to advertise. Such statements typically come from insecurity about proving one's worth to themselves rather than to someone else, psychologically speaking.
Whether or not any of us are "high value" or "high quality" is a completely subjective standard that we can only have so much control over, and while our activities on this forum do certainly carry some weight in some regard for some people, acting as if you're better than anyone else based off the assumption that you're "more desirable" to hypothetical women just makes you look silly.
I, myself, am a fucking idiot, but I'm not without my charms. Different people value those qualities differently, and that's okay. The opinion of people (this isn't limited to women) who don't value me in turn, are not valuable, subjectively speaking.
