Doubt it was anything like that. They probably got mad she did or say something they didn't like or it was simply for shits and giggles or hell, they probably got off to the idea of trying to ruin her life or something.

Where did she say this? I just remember her saying she tried a personal trainer cause they offered it and he sucked. That was it. She mentioned like a month ago that she just has to be in the right mood for the fitness vids like feeling good about herself but all the travelling is delaying those vids

As far as I remember she said the trainer offered her free training/coaching sessions and she took them. Afterwards "they" (the trainer - I don't think she said if it was a man or a woman) tried to sell her - a training service but she didn't buy it. She said the trainer still gives her advice while she's training but she doesn't agree/like the advice. And still offers her free training sessions (because the trainer wants to sell her the training service). So she felt guilty that she got the free training session and doesn't want to buy the service and is filming in the gym. And she said something along the lines of that she'll continue with the workout videos when she switches her gym and she isn't going to accept any free training sessions so that she doesn't feel guilty.
 
hmm but lets be real, if the views on alwaysslightlysquatting were higher she would already have moved to another gym, maybe its true that she will do more videos but i guess she doesnt feel rushed to do it
 
Holy shit, I knew she was an anxious introverted person but that's fucking ridiculous if true.

Just thank them for the session but say you figured out you prefer to train alone. She's gotta be using that as an excuse, cause no way that's a legit reason.
