Boobs are filled with fat. If you reduce calorie intake to below your maintenance calorie level, your body will be forced to burn fat to maintain itself, and you will lose weight. I know you cant directly target weight loss, but to say that the body wouldnt pull at least some fat from the boobs is flat out dumb, unless the person in question has macromastia or something. But go on and keep defending her bro, she'll definitely see this and reward you.
yes this is the entire point of the discussion, she WANTED them to look good, she didn't NEED it done. She does all this stuff because she wants to look good. Which is like whatever, that's up to her. But to go around saying she needed it is a different thing. She didn't need any of it. She just wanted it to improve her self confidence.
