I believe they have the power to delete any negative comments at will in a submission posted only to their own username rather than an actual subreddit.
 
I messaged them before my sub ran out. They didn't post one thing the whole time I was subbed. You message them, they give you a tg name, and then you message there. They give you a menu and then you tip them on OF and they send you the video. The videos are really expensive. I haven't pulled the trigger yet.
