I have a couple vids of her but for some reason aloha won't let me download them. It happens just with her as if she made it so you can't somehow. If anyone has a solution or a different way to download the vids I'll be happy to share them
 
I have the same issue, I can download photos but not videos on some accounts.
 
There are other downloading tools aside from aloha.just drop the link and it will download it do you..
