You could easily get a refund for it. I’ve gotten a couple refunds off OF models saying they’ll do a live custom. I always agree to it knowing I get a free video and my money back in less than a week.

Just send in a screenshot of the bad quality to the OF email to get it refunded. Or simply ask and she could a higher quality version without the need for a refund. Whether it’s her or an agency, usually they will try to do better to keep you subbed and paying.
 
Did the original have different qualities? Or was that the only option? usually even if it's low quality the original video is labeled as "source" in the file name and not 240p
 
I have used every method I know to extract a video from OF and they all give me the exact same thing.
