Saw this post and decided to make an account to give some tips about JAV actresses' situation when doing Health Delivery since I have some experience.
This, if you just walk into places offering services, in this case R-18, you'll only have a couple of options, even if you're N1, you're a foreigner and thus have a different status.
This is less problematic when getting Health Delivery, just remember to check if the girl is accepting calls from foreigners, some have no problem at all with it ("○"), like AIKA, some require some degree of Japanese proficiency (usually N3), and some just don't accept foreigners doesn't matter their proficiency level.
I don't have a lot of information about this, but I can say that I was asked in 2 separate occasions, after saying that I was a foreigner, if I was just a tourist, short-stay, long-stay, permanent resident, what Visa I had, and what I was doing in Japan.
DO NOT lie about being a foreigner, unless you're Eastern Asian and N1, the girl will not give you services once she sees you're a foreigner. About the Visas and whatnot, you can lie all you want, they can't force you to show any immigration documents, from what I've heard from people, including friends, SOME services are not available for short-stay foreigners (tourists), though this is very rare, if you're not good at Japanese and for some reason they ask you about Visa status, you can say you have a Work Holiday Visa (1-year) or Student Visa, in both cases it's understandable why you don't speak Japanese. Again, very rare that they ask you about this.

・Pricing
As stated in the site, the "designated fee" is 10,000 yen (70~ USD at the time of posting this). This is the base appointment fee, do not expect this to be the price, not even for 30 minutes, prices are updated daily and it really depends on what package and type of play you're looking for. Expect to be dropping at least $1000 for some minutes with AIKA. The final price for everything will be talked and confirmed before any service starts, so don't worry about potential scams. Do be careful if you're using other sites.
・Service for foreigners
AIKA accepts foreigners, but please try and learn some phrases to communicate, especially during sex, otherwise you will feel like you completely wasted your money.
As awful as this sounds, you may not be able to schedule Health Delivery based on your ethnicity.
・Scheduling and phone calls
Most services will make you schedule visits by phone call, most have no problem talking to and understanding foreigners, but do have a notepad ready with the Japanese translation of the services you're looking for, you'll be assisted by someone with broken English, and if you wanna make sure that AIKA is open for certain services and the extras fees, this will be very useful.
If you have a Japanese friend, or a friend that's fluent in Japanese, and you don't care that they know that you'll be fucking AIKA soon, do yourself a favor and ask them to schedule for you.
Pro tip: If you meet a silly drunk Japanese guy that wants to practice their English with you while in a bar at night, in some red district, you can just ask them to help you the next day. Health Delivery is surprisingly common, and you won't be treated like in other countries if you talk about paying for sex.
・Dates
Always call at least 1 week in advance, you may be surprised to hear this but successful JAV actresses are often busy with work and enjoying their free time with friends.
If you have no problem calling from overseas, you can schedule weeks in advance, so you have someone waiting for you as soon as you are in Japan.
