Nope, paid OF is basically dead. It even says somewhere to only send messages to the free one. How that makes any sense who knows.
As I have said many times, it's blind luck getting anything from the free one. Sends and unsends all day, vague descriptions with no preview, and if you ask for something in particular they'll quote a crazy price and 50/50 you even get the right video.
Her instagram is gone now and little to no activity on Twitter, seems like she's as done as she's ever been.

There are a lot of things that can happen. She's 30, it's usually when girls start thinking about major life choices these days like serious relationships, marriage, kids, a more conventional career... lots of things could be the reason.

Not really surprising. Any woman who looks as good as she did and gets fake tits almost certainly has massive insecurities/mental health issues.

Implants, multiple tattoos, weird piercings…all of that shit is just massive red flags about the woman. You can almost (not always, just a high correlation) guarantee they’re going to fall apart, get wildly out of shape, and develop substance abuse issues. The moment you see a girl doing one of these things in porn you just need to accept it’s almost certainly all downhill from here.

When you look as good as she did, and get fake tits, it’s because she didn’t realize it. She STILL didn’t feel good enough. Massive, massive red flags of mental health issues.
 
I like her fake tits; I don't know what that has to do with anything. If you don't like them or think she "looked so good" before, that's your problem.
