I may have actually talked to her on OF one day. Could be wrong but if you look at who she follows, it makes sense. She lives in Tennessee and follows couple accounts from there
 
That same username is used on another site with I believe her real name, which would be unusual. Both accounts have little/no content.
Hard to tell with her, I don't sub to her OF so idk about that, but she is active on Twitter and I would have expected to see something there about a new instagram, or for her to update the link.me she has in the bio.
