I've been experimenting with feet pose creation prompts and tested them extensively with Nano Banana Pro, achieving consistently good results. I decided to share the ones that worked best for me. Feel free to use, modify, improve, or share your own prompts. If you have better ideas or variations, I'd love to see them.

I use these ones in Google Flow. I love pantyhose but if you take out them from the prompt I suppose they work perfectly:

1) Extreme low-angle, wide-angle snapshot of a young woman sitting on concrete ground outdoors under bright sunlight. Her feet are positioned prominently in the extreme foreground, showing the detailed soles and distinctly very much wide spread toes clad in glossy tan nylon pantyhose. I was wondering if someone got good LoRas for long toes/big feet/high arches?
 
just used LoRas for this (sniffing too), without special prompting. worked well so far.
