She had talked about not liking her nose and wanting to get one in the past. The last time I remember her talking about it was when Esfand complimented her nose about a year ago and she talked about it again. "Esfand Notices Something Strange On Acie..." is the clip on the "Esfand Daily" YT channel.

No idea if she has talked about it more recently but, like her boobjob, if she did get one I think she would be pretty open about it and at least discuss/talk about it on stream.

she said recently she doesn't count soda because it didnt last long. not sure how long they were actually together though
 
They dated from at the latest early september 2019 and broke up early january 2020, so at least 4 months. These were some things she tweeted about their relationship. Seems weird to now act like it wasn't a real thing. I think she just couldn't handle that he was the one who broke it off and post hoc acted like it wasn't that serious
