i think that's just how retsu's video sequence are, he compile 2 or 3 videos into one, i know there are solo vids like the school uniform outfit..
so i don't really get his way of uploading videos.
if there are retsu fans here, can you explain why so?
 
So i saw that on kuzu_v0’s twitter there were some posts but never any full length video. after digging i found that jap av law requires female performer a cooldown duration of 1 month after signing the contract. Meaning cant record until 1 month has passed .
Another article requires that they cant publish the video before 4 month has passed after such recording. And if the person in question has changed her mind and doesnt want her such video to be in public platform she can demand for not publishing such video..
this explains retsus video having photos and 10 sec clips but never video and them being uploaded only recently.
And assume that all such video are Atleast 5-6 months old
 
But this is for professional JAV studios, isn’t it?
I believe that her work is considered amateur and this law is not applied for her content.
 
I believe it still applies, go look at fc2 where it’s the same story. I believe there are news talking about some seller that were not following such regulations and were fined and jailed.
 
Well retsu deleted all her videos from his myfans account, and probably other sns also. Maybe she called quits and cancelled all her contract?
 
jav and uraaka/hamedori have different laws but have same premise.
accounts in myfans are called uraaka that is for amateurs, and jav is different because it is under enternatinment/agency so it's way more strict.
uraaka basically depends on the creator whether to release it or not, upload it to monthly subscription or single plan as long as they have the consent of the featuring person and is legal age.
 
Welp seems kuzu_v0 also deleted all his videos with her he deleted all posts with her on (myfans insta, twitter). It seems She quit for real this time .
