I looked into this account and I don't think it's her, but someone who knows her. The twitter account associated with it has a post thanking ann_seal for a keychain.

Still a really good find and she definitely deserves her own thread, tried buying stuff from the cafecito but unfortunately it requires an argentinian ID which I do not have.
