Support 500 errors and time outs

Hi guys,

Posting from Australia here, for many weeks now I've been constantly getting 403/500 and times outs. Some days it's completely okay and then go completely
unstable, such as today.

I've done a few tracerts and it will eventually just time out and not complete. Anyone else facing this issue, specifically in Australia?

I'm just going to guess here that you use 5G telestra internet - use a VPN / change your DNS

Hey mate, nah I don't use 5G at all, using Cloudflare DNS. I will try a VPN, any country you'd recommend?

“Clear your cache” should help. Works everytime for me.

I have cleared cache, sometime it will work and then other times it will not. Having to use a VPN now to even browse and login.

Same. All scandi countries can't connect, same for much of eu, using argentina atm.

Not a new issue, been spotty for a while. But it's entirely blocked atm because... Shrug

They are routed through russia which blocks us by default

Use a better country for your VPN.

I was getting a ton of these and couldn’t even use the site for the last week or two. Hotspotting from my phone seemed to work sometimes. Everything seems to be working better now though.

Sometimes I still get an error here and there but things do seem better.
