similar images to koemiyaa. that acc was suspected to be a catfish (they were also just a genuine weirdo)
this acc appeared shortly after koemiyaa's accounts (1 & 2) went inactive and retweeted 4kissette's first post before it gained much traction.
do with this info as you will.
edit: just as a bit of evidence. image 1 & image 2 (web archive links) were both uploaded to one of the koemiyaa accounts. one of the images is the same as the one above just slightly darker and the other one is a diff angle of the thigh pic
