When I access this site via simpcity.cr I receive

403 - Forbidden . That’s an error.

Client does not have access rights to the content so server is rejecting to give proper response. That’s all we know

from my home IP. Is there a way to figure out if you blocked my IP and if so - why - or if my ISP blocked something.

I have a 100% package loss via ping as well.

Code:
		ping simpcity.cr
PING simpcity.cr (190.115.31.84) 56(84) bytes of data.
I already tried to change my DNS server with no success.
Happens with several different devices with different OS and different settings so I guess it's either the IP or my ISP blocked something.
Is there any way to figure out what causes this?

The server and website is up and active. 403 error is client error. It’s on your side.

Update or use different browser

Disable proxy or plugins on your browser if enabled (sometimes enforces geo blocking)

Use VPN, mostly the best solution.

Something about some sites being routed through Russia, and blocked in certain EU countries.

Use VPN.

I know the server is active and running. That's why I asked if they blocked my IP since it affects several different devices. When I connect to my neighbours network or anything outside my network everything is fine.

A different browser or plugins doesn't make sense if I am not even able to ping the domain as said.

I know how to bypass the restrictions, I would like to know the cause of it.

I've been getting that message lately, too. It's probably because with fiber optics, the IP address doesn't change anymore the way it used to with DSL.
