There had been a Kimmy Granger discussion thread created a few months ago but it was lost in the reset so I'm re-creating one here. HornyNightKing posted a comment/question in her XXX thread about her fake tits, so I thought this is a good starting point.
I give you - a history of Kimmy's MANY boob alterations:
January 2020, She puts in her FIRST set.


June 2020 - She changes over to a SECOND set, after she learned the first apparently cause cancer.

Jan 2021 - She has "adjustments" made, aka a THIRD set.

December 2022 - She announces that she wants to revert to unaugmented, they came out in early 2023.

March 2023 - She made a single OF video post-surgery for St Patties:

Honestly. None of them. I'll never understand people that like fake boobs, there's nothing natural about them. 0 movement whatsoever, they look like big ass tennis balls glued to the chest + it fucks up the nipples and afterwards there are really ugly scars, either under the breasts or under the nipple area (current MissMiafit for exemple). The only ones I like are Mia Malkova's (they actually look "natural", props to her surgeon)
Kimmy looked so much better when she had no work done, now her face's all fucked up. She's 2 surgeries away from current Nicole Aniston.
 
Not much new with her but her surgeries. That’s obvious. She still uses a service that I’ve been told she’s part owner of. So don’t be fooled that it’s her answering msgs. It’s not hard to see who else is on that service ticket.

I am more hopeful there. Whatever Kimmy keeps doing to herself in surgery, she also spends a lot of time keeping in shape. And every year or two she ocellates back into wanting to perform and makes a bunch of content, including doing her famous cowgirl.
