I've seen and played with tits more times than you've seen the sun. My point is she always had big naturals for her frame but they are huge now and look fake in some pics. But there are no visible scars, they move naturally/jiggle and when she lays on her back they collapse. Like I said they appear to still be natural. Either that or she has an incredible boob job

 
I pulled up the source over at Manyvids and at a higher resolution/quality than what was posted on turbo.cr, and they look real. The scar you THINK you're seeing looks more like they way a woman's areola looks after having a kid or the physiological change a woman can go through during pregnancy.

Now, I'm not ruling out that she had them done (perhaps after some post pregnancy sagging/flattening), but from the MV clip, they seem real.

The REAL shame in all of this is the fact dude is trying to sell this scene for $31 dollars for 21 minutes of poorly lit porno scene. Then charging an additional $20 for a 25 minute "second view/angle" and then ANOTHER $20 for an 18 minute "third view." All three scene angles ar AT MAX in 1080p. No 4K at all.
