The content that is being posted in the main thread from her twitter/reddit is not "new". it's content she had up before disappearing and she is posting it as if it is new.
After she disappeared she got into trading, I followed her twitter account before she went private and she made a few retweets of trading accounts. So it's not impossible that the reason they are back is so they can fund their trading by reposting old content as if it's new and getting money from the people who subscribe and probably buy the same old PPVs.
But maybe that's not the case, I just think so because since coming back I have not seen an actually new photo of video. Someone can sub to their onlyfans to find out
